1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of zarethin.com and the purchase of products offered by ZARETHIN, LLC. By accessing our website, browsing our products, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service together with the policies referenced in them.

2. Online Store

zarethin.com is an ecommerce website operated by ZARETHIN, LLC. The website is a self-hosted store built on WordPress and powered by WooCommerce and is used to display products, accept orders, process checkout information, provide order-related services, and manage customer communications.

We may update, modify, temporarily suspend, or discontinue portions of the website where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, technical improvements, product updates, or operational reasons.

3. Customer Eligibility

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement or that you are placing the order with the authorization of a person legally capable of entering into such an agreement.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide during checkout is accurate, complete, and current, including your name, billing information, shipping address, email address, telephone number, and other information reasonably required to fulfill your order.

5. Prices & Transaction Currency

All transactions completed through zarethin.com are processed in Euros (EUR) unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

Prices displayed on the website may be updated from time to time. The price applicable to an order is the price displayed and confirmed during checkout when the order is submitted.

If your bank, card issuer, PayPal account, or digital wallet uses another currency, your payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or currency conversion charges. Such charges are determined by the applicable financial institution and are outside the control of ZARETHIN, LLC.

ZARETHIN, LLC does not store customers' full card numbers, CVV codes, online banking passwords, PayPal passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials on our website servers.

7. Order Submission & Acceptance

Submitting an order through zarethin.com does not automatically guarantee acceptance. An order may be subject to payment authorization, fraud screening, inventory availability, shipping availability, address verification, and other reasonable order checks.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason, including suspected fraud, an obvious pricing or listing error, inability to deliver to the supplied address, payment failure, inventory unavailability, or violation of these Terms.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been successfully collected, any amount due for refund will be returned through the original payment method in accordance with our applicable policies.

8. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–4 business days after successful payment authorization and order verification. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Processing may require additional time during unusually high order volumes, payment verification, inventory reviews, major holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Shipping & Delivery

We provide worldwide shipping to supported destinations. Shipping rates, free-shipping thresholds, estimated delivery periods, carrier information, tracking procedures, customs responsibilities, damaged-parcel procedures, and other delivery conditions are governed by our separate Shipping Policy.

Tracking information may require approximately 48–72 hours after carrier acceptance to begin displaying or updating.

10. Delivery Address & Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address when placing an order. This includes all required street, apartment, unit, postal code, state or province, country, and recipient information.

If you discover an address error, please contact us as soon as possible. We may attempt to correct the address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered fulfillment or has been transferred to a carrier.

Additional costs resulting from an incorrect customer-provided address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect a parcel, or another recipient-related delivery issue may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by applicable law.

11. Customs, Duties & International Orders

Orders delivered within the United States are not subject to international import duties or customs charges.

For shipments to other international destinations, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage charges, clearance fees, or similar destination-related charges may be imposed by local authorities or carriers.

12. Returns & Refunds

Eligible textile products may be returned in accordance with the conditions and time limits set out in our Refund and Returns Policy.

Our standard return period is 30 days from the date the applicable shipping carrier confirms delivery. Preference-based returns must generally be unused, unwashed, unaltered, clean, and otherwise compliant with the return conditions applicable to textile products.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and are generally processed within 7 business days after approval.

13. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If a product arrives damaged, materially defective, or incorrect, please contact us at service@zarethin.com within 48 hours of delivery whenever reasonably possible.

We may request your order number and photographs showing the merchandise, packaging, shipping label, and relevant damage or error so that the issue can be reviewed.

Confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect orders will be handled according to our Refund and Returns Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

14. Order Cancellation

Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to cancel an order before it is transferred to the shipping carrier.

Once an order has entered shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that situation, the customer may need to wait for delivery and follow the applicable return procedure.

Any approved cancellation refund will be returned to the original payment method in accordance with our Payment Policy and Refund and Returns Policy.
